Shipping Policy
A Note Regarding Pre-Order Items
Some Merit Mahjong collections are available for pre-order and will ship once production is complete. Please review our pre-order policy for these items.
Processing & Handling
In-stock orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are based on the carrier's published timelines and are estimates only — not guarantees. Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days from ship date. Expedited options are available at checkout when you need it sooner.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. Merit Mahjong is not responsible for delays that occur after handoff.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're working toward — check back or join our list to be the first to know when it's available.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please email us at hello@meritmahjong.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. See our Refund Policy for full details.
