Returns Policy Update

Effective July 9th, 2026, Merit Mahjong will no longer accept returns on items, including tile sets, racks, and accessories. This policy helps us maintain the quality and integrity of every order order and ensures our customers receive beautiful products. 

All sales are final as of this date. We encourage you to reach out with any questions about sizing, colorways or materials before placing your order - we're always happy to help you choose the right set. 

Pre-order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. A $50 cancellation fee will apply to cover non-refundable transaction and processing costs. To cancel a preorder, please contact us at hello@meritmahjong.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

This policy does not apply to items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. If something isn't right when your order arrives, please contact us at hello@meritmahjong.com within 7 days if delivery so we can make it right.

Refund Processing for Damaged Items or Pre-order Cancellations
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@meritmahjong.com
